Rachel came to NCNC in 2014 as a new transplant to Minnesota. She grew up in Cameroon as the child of Bible translators, and found NCNC when seeking out a multigenerational and multicultural community. Izack is from Minnesota and grew up in a Christian household. He came to NCNC in 2018 after meeting Rachel in college and being introduced to the church through one of its life groups. Izack and Rachel were married in 2019.

Izack serves as the AV and Media lead, overseeing the worship service audio and streaming team and managing the NCNC website and social media pages. Rachel leads the Sabbath Liturgy Committee, which facilitates special services throughout the year that focus on engaging our members' diversity of culture, church background, and family status in how we worship. Izack and Rachel also lead one of the NCNC life groups together.

Outside of Sundays, Rachel and Izack are both engineers by trade, with Izack working as a medical device designer, and Rachel working as an operations manager in residential remodeling.
