What makes our church unique?
Approachable
We hope to make visitors comfortable with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
Multilingual
To celebrate our multicultural community, we sing in multiple languages and the sermon slides include translations.
Diverse
We welcome all and intentionally strive to be representative of many cultures, ethnicities, and ages.
Community Oriented
We celebrate families and offer children's programming. We also gather together outside of worship through life groups, potlucks, and service events.
What can you expect?
Sunday Format
Our weekly Sunday Service is at 3:30PM and is roughly 1.5 hours long. The service includes sections of singing, praying, preaching, and small group discussion of the sermon and scriptures. Communion is held once a month as well. There are refreshments available after the service and we hold a community potluck monthly.
Attire
We welcome everyone to come comfortable for worship, whether that be in casual, formal, or cultural dress.
Children's Programing
Children are an integral part of our worship and church life. We currently offer Sunday School during the sermon throughout the school year, and have a children's space in the sanctuary year round for those who stay in the service. Children can receive a blessing during communion.
Theology
We are non-denominational, but are affiliated with the Baptist General Conference. For our doctrinal statement, see the "Our Beliefs" page.
Interested in visiting?
Just Testing The Water
We would love for you to join us at a Sunday service so that you can learn more about NCNC in person and so that we can get to know you! On your first visit, feel free to talk to any of the congregants if you have questions, and ask them to introduce you to our pastors and elders.
Looking to Dive Deeper
If you're looking to join a new Church or are just wanting to learn more about Christianity, we encourage you to join us for multiple Sunday's. We
have a monthly potluck and
bi-monthly themed special services, so a few visits will provide the best opportunity to see the variety of events and services we offer.
If Sunday Doesn't Work
We encourage all to seek a church that works well with your schedule for attending Worship Services, but if Sundays don't work for you right now, or if you want to get to know our community outside of Church, you are welcome to visit a life group. More info can be found at the "Community" page.
Need to Know More First
We've tried to provide a quick overview of NCNC on this page, but there is definitely more information available, so please check out the various pages under the "About Us" drop down in the navigation bar at the top of the page to learn more.
